Be Here Now

BE HERE NOW.

In your life, do you find this difficult to do? A lot of times we want to pick up the things from our past - look at, mull it over, and we find it difficult to let it go. Also, we want to look towards tomorrow and try to figure it all out. I know at times, in both situations, this is me. How about for you?

Be here now, is a statement I heard at a retreat in high school. It is a great reminder to put all of our stuff down, past and future worries, and be in our present moments. For me, if I am looking at all this other stuff - I am not being present to the here and now. There is beauty in these moments, I just have to make a choice to see it. What do you see right now? Are you making a choice?
